C'mon, Chris Christie's rousing keynote address and no WOOT?
Where's the WOOT?
Maybe on the Ted Nugent fan club website? But seriously, could Willard Mitt Romney'$ face have shown anymore disbelief? He looked downright bathetic. No mention of the republican Congress? No mention of the last republican president? And how great they are/were? Nope, all about New Jersey. New Jersey, 48th in umemployment, balanced budgets by deferring pension contributions from one fiscal year to another (accounting gimmicks) and not much else in the form of social services. Read up on the privitization of half way houses for violent offenders and cuts to mental healthcare in New Jersey if you want a glimpse of Romney'$ America. Well, as much as its Paul Ryan's and Chris Christie's.
Peace.

But what struck me initially was the disparity in what Christie was saying, and what direction the republican party has been following. He got good applause when talking about his mother taking 3 buses to get to work, and his dad using the GI Bill to get through college. Both are examples of government spending that the right has targeted at some point or another.
Also, when talking about all of the good things that have been done in Jersey since he got there, he kept stressing that it was done with bi-partisan help. This is funny because the republican congress has come out and said that they would gridlock the democrats at every turn (and they have).
I don't live in New Jersey, so I don't know all of the good or bad that he's done there, But I like Chris Christie, and from what I've seen he's been comfortable over the years as calling things like he sees them. If this is his launching point for 2016, I think that it would be a good move for the GOP, but I'm not sure how well he'll do in that nomination process with all of the special interest pandering that has to be done.

"Well, you tell him that I don't talk to suckas."
Teachers or teachers' union?
It's either gonna be Trump or Palin ...
I think Romney will avoid Trump and Palin like the plague.

I'll check out the DNC shit when it goes down too. It's interesting to observe the different cable networks' presentations and commentaries (although why Sharpton was tossing in his two cents on MSNBC, I have no idea).
I like Christie. I don't agree with him 100% but I like his bulldoggedness, his straightforwardness.
As for Eastwood, that man has my respect.

Technically speaking, I think it does make three. I'm pretty sure "WOO-HOO" is Simpsonese for "WOOT"!

Simpsonese? I love it! Simpsonese! That makes three then, DOH!

how ironic it would be for them to bring in a hologram of a man who would not even get the gop nomination today because he was too moderate for today's gop...
