    Today is my birthday as well, and I still vividly remember going to Tower Records in Boston on Newbury St (when it was still there) to purchase No Code back in 96. One of the best birthdays ever. As I do every year, I'm going to dig those 2 albums out today and listen to them all the way through. Thanks to PJ for releasing not 1, but 2, phenomenal albums on my birthday. Let's shoot for 3rd one next year on 8/27/13. Preferably Lost Dogs 2.

There are some real gems - Who You Are from Toronto in 1996, and In My Tree from Santiago in 2005, come to mind as particular highlights!

    I picked up No Code on my way to class in college. Ended up skipping class and listening to the whole album in my car that morning.

    I loved No Code. And the small US tour that followed... Savage Hall - my first PJ show.

    I'm listening to the 2 albums. (Finished Ten and im currently on Off He Goes..)

    It's blowing my mind to think that these didn't exist 21 and 16 years ago and that when they were realised how many people's minds were affected by what they heard from these 2 albums on this day 21 and 16 years ago.

    Yup its been 16 years since I was completely wrong about an album.

    I didn't appreciate no code until after I listened to Yield. I think Yield bridged the change between vitalogy and no code for me.
