I can't unzip my pearl jam downloads

Used my download code from 10c membership to download the Vic bootleg.. I want to make it into a cd, but I can't unzip the files.. (is says something that translates into "there was a problem encrypting the files".. it does the same thing with my christmas single download..

    seems all I needed was a newer version of winzip..
