Mp3 to Wave conversion question

If I convert an mp3 to WAV. Will it be the same quality as an original WAV. file? Does 256mps vs. 320mps make a difference?

    no...once you convert a file to mp3 you remove parts of the file (song) and you can't get them back

    320 is slighty better than 256

    i prefer to rip around 1K
