    but you're sayin you would purchase it? and not to resell. no. you gotta live in the fucker for at least 3-5 years before reselling and moving on. would you still purchase the place?

    OHHHHH HECK NO !!!!!!, to much evil sourrounding that house,even the land is stained with blood
    but most importantly the house would never re- sell for its tru property value...I'd be stuck with it
    and the memories that occupy the house...no dice man.
    I lived in a mobil home that come to find out one of the past owners killed himself in it and over a few beers and bottle of jack I would tell you about the things that went on in that place while I lived there. :shock:
