While on another one of his "oh shit, he's moving his lips and sound is coming out" face-plant-o-thon speeches, Paul Ryan talked about how angry he was that GM had to close the Janesville plant in 2009 thanks to Barack Obama. A plant where a lot of his "high school buddies" worked.

Except... that plant closed in June of 2008. Seven Months before President Obama even took office.

He blamed it on $4 gas prices. And "the president's terrible energy policies." Which wouldn't exist for nearly a year after the plant closed. :fp:


(And if you look a little further into it, you'd see that since January 13, 2010 the plant is on stand-by to produce new vehicles due to recent increase in demand for GM vehicles.)




(and THIS from the guy who rails against social security, even though he used social security to go to college.)

    Edit: Though maybe this explains something??! Was Obama actually up in the roof reading 'My Pet Goat' whilst Bush just sat there pretending to read it? Was this because the book was too difficult for Bush, so he hired Obama to hide in the roof and read it for him, whilst he just sat there moving his lips?

    And..is this why Bush couldn't move after being told about the World Trade Center attacks...because Obama was still up in the rafters reading 'My Pet Goat', oblivious to the goings on in New York, and if Bush had left the room, it would have given the game away, and all the children in the room would have started laughing at their dumb frat-boy President??
