Anyone think they'll plays these songs anymore?

Oceans
Breakerfall
Brain of J
In My Tree
Cropduster
Breath
Habit
Deep
Ghost
Can't Keep

I think Breath will make an appearance somewhere, but I really miss songs like Breakerfall and Brain of J at the beginning of a show.

Anyone got any others?

i'm hoping they'll play these 4 songs back to back:

    brain of j
    comatose
    lukin
    spin the black circle

ed's throat would be toast afterwards, though.

I'd love to hear Hold On from Lost Dogs, in addition to Breath and In My Tree. The set list archive seems to show that Hold On has been played before, but I can't really tell for sure if it was the Lost Dogs song or some other one with the same name.

Breakerfall has got to come back, that song at the beginning of a show really gets everyone into it.

I like it when they open with "Of The Girl". They never play it. In fact, many Binaural songs have been ignored. I also miss "Sometimes".

Another reason this tour is already better than 2000 & 2003. :-)

Now, bring on all of NO CODE!

    no, no there haven't.

this has been, so far, probably the MOST varied PJ tour to date. I don't know why people keep thinking the setlists are all the same. They are playing 90 some odd songs (already) for gawd's sake.

This list sounds delicious PJ23 :o (minus Habit. OOps. Did I say that? :D). And hell yes, I DO think those will get played...along with many others. This band is full off surprises this year....more so than ever! :)

Also putting out some super good vibes for...

I went to both Boston shows and was completely SHOCKED that TEN, that's 1-0, were repeated from the night before. That's a lot for a 2 night appearance at the same venue. Now I totally expected to hear Severed Hand, WWS, Life Wasted, Comatose, but I was completely surprised that they would play Corduroy, Even Flow, Evolution, Y-Go, RITFW, and sorta surprised that Inside Job would get a second night. The other big surprise was RITFW, how many times do they close a second show almost the same as the night before. I think part of it was that Theo Epstein was there the second night, and Theo actually knows how to play RITFW on guitar that's why it got on the setlist again. To bad he didn't know how to play E/B/ and A, then we could have gotten Baba instead! It almost seemed destined to happen; that we would get Baba the second night. What the hell?! Now RITFW into Baba into YL, well, then I could have for sure been able to deal with that. And not to get Daughter, I Am Mine, Come Back, Porch (I know Eddie played it in the Pre-Set-but why?), Lukin, U, Faithful, Immortality, MFC, Fuckin' Up, Don't Go (What the hell?!), Blood, Satan's Bed, Leatherman, Half Full, Glorified G, shall I go on. So many songs that I thought could have been chosen as replacements for the songs played the night before. Don't get me wrong, the Boston shows were nuts! But I gotta hand to two great nights of the best crowds I have ever been a part of. But also comparable to the three nights in Mansfield in 2003. I think that the three nights in Mansfield where there were not-a-one song repeated (except Yellow Ledbetter) might have spoiled me, as now I almost expect not to hear tha same song twice. But hey, they started it!

So, because you expected some of the new songs both nights, you're really upset because they repeated about 5 of the old songs ... Seriously?! That's not a lot of repeating. Don't get me wrong, I am as excited about crazy setlists as the next guy. But damn ...

Nah, what's truly stale are the Binaural remarks and comments about things being stale. Nothing is stale but the bread on my counter ... And the aforementioned Binaural remarks.

Oceans is great with the "Beth" ending, but I doubt Ed would sing that these days. Jill doesn't work as good. hahaa

And I would say they ONLY repeated 10. That's still less than a 50 percent repeat rate, which is all you can really ask for. Methinks you've gotten spoiled.

not as much as the guy on here the other day calling the band "lazy" because his two shows had a 35 percent repeat rate, but still.

  • Hey, they did Alone tonight. What's that now, 94 songs?

With Alone tonight they are now at 96 different songs played in 15 shows (starting with Toronto 1 as that was the official start of the tour). This number also includes songs done in the pre-sets. Thus far they have only played 5 songs at every show. Can you guess which ones???

I'll be in attendence on Saturday, so I'm hoping they can make it an even 100 different songs played for Leg 1. The four? How about All Those Yesterdays, Ghost, Oceans, and God's Dice? A guy can dream, right?
