Romney, Bain Capital and Blackstone (Blackwater) $5.5 Billion Dollars

http://www.businessweek.com/news/2012-0 ... graph-says

Tell me something, if Romney has $5.5 Billion dollars to bid on buying the Royal Bank of Scotland, how come he can’t pay US taxes. Maybe that is why Romney was so disrespectful in London because he’s all about having Bain Capital sit up shop in Scotland so he can continue to compete with the UK for the South African market.

Nothing like being partners with good old Blackstone who, just like Haliburton knows how to walk away and leave the US taxpayers with millions and millions of dollars on their tab. While they take their jobs overseas while maintaining a corporate building in America. I guess it’s ok to be buddy-buddy with the Muslims/Islamic countries when the money is right and the taxes don’t exist.
SIN EATERS--We take the moral excrement we find in this equation and we bury it down deep inside of us so that the rest of our case can stay pure. That is the job. We are morally indefensible and absolutely necessary.

anything corporations do are in the interests of the general public and will create prosperity for all ... while any tax dollars that aren't used for bombs but utilized by the gov't to help the poor and unfortunate is wasteful and inefficiently spent ... ;)

    Does Romney owe back taxes?

I mean, I am not used to defending Romney, but I am not sure what this thread is about...so a guy got private equity firms to make a bid to buy a business...that is pretty normal I think...Tell me why I should care about this

The new norm in America is to have disdain for success. Good old days, people used to look up to succesful people and have aspirations to become successful themselves. Now, too many Americans are just bitter with all the false hope and progress they have been fed. Blame the rich! Tax the fuck out of 'em. They can afford it!

Its information – what you do with it is on you. Pssts. The owners of WalMart don't actually work there, they just profit from the enterprise.

Is anyone else tired of the litter problem caused by the ‘don’t hate me cause I rich’ cards being tossed around!!! It’s not about the individual, it’s about how do we fix the problems facing America’s economy as we move forward.

--How come no one said anything about Romney having the Utah, US Olympic uniforms made in Burma? Burma, goddamn Myanmar, a country led by a sadist military leader that rivaled Croatia and Uganda.

--Maybe for next Olympic games, Romney will have the US uniforms supplied by Edcon in South Africa another Bain Capital holding company.

--Next time Romney/Ryan asked about lost American jobs - Ask them to the explain the REFUGEE loophole that permits the influx of foreign workers with access to America’s social benefit of network services. Ask Gov. Perry and Gov. Jindal about that Asian population growth.

If Romney/Ryan cut every social program, we will still have poor people, the unemployed, and the unemployable, we will just have more and their perceived faces will have changed because the category of low income workers has expanded just ask your teachers, nurses, technicians, and State employees.

When Wall Street had its little tizzy fit, many working Americans lost a substantial amount of their retirement benefits. This created another level of bottleneck for working American’s – the working retiree (a person who now can’t afford to retire). So what does Romney/Ryan propose, cut Medicaid and Medicare benefits and then turn it into a voucher program, while still proposing to repel the Affordable Health Care Act, and privatize Social Security. How is that the ultra-orthodox Jews have become an embarrassment for Romney?

Family values - If we would have gone after the Catholic Church and its priests like we did with Penn State, every Catholic Church would have a yellow crime scene tape across its doors and we would expelling them back to their own country.

Family values has morphine into a term for suppression of women’s rights. A term used to invade your home, your business, your workplace, your body and your soul in order to make a person conform to someone else’s religious beliefs.

America’s economic problems are not going to be solved by class warfare, if you think it will, keep an eye on Japan.

I would say that the norm that is developing in the U.S. is disdain for exremely low/zero risk capitalism that results in a lot of people on the lower end getting screwed but big payouts for shareholders, which is exactly what Romney was doing at Bain.
