can anyone help me out with the b-sides from the single?
2. State of Love and Trust (Pearl Jam cover - Live at Webster Hall, NYC)
3. We Came to Dance (Live at Webster Hall, NYC)

looks like it's only available on amazon.uk, but i live in the u.s.

any help would be much appreciated.
