Guess the new PJ album title?

    F5 would be funny as hell...

    But, I think pearl jam's best work is behind them.....I think starting with Avacodo the albums have went down hill.....I really liked Riot Act...It was different.....I think the band has changed so much...I just don't think we will see another pure rockin pearl jam album in the future...The band is on its on record label now...They will want to have a few radio freindly tracks on each album from now on....Just Breathe as an example from Backspacer...

    Backspacer is a decent album...I don't think its even close to Pearl Jam's best material...One reason is that mostly an Ed solo album basically....I think this album doesn't give Stone and Mike to shine on....

    Don't get me wrong...I am big pearl jam fan....They will always be my favorite band...Just think they have seen their better days as in studio albums..

    Personally, I hope that they will throw is an odd curve ball based on a specific concept. (Like Vitalogy for example; based on a 19th century book. Or the polaroids and chaos - and all-seeing-eye - of No Code.) I think that Vitalogy, No Code, Yield and Binaural had the best artwork btw. I am hoping for some experimental stuff. More strings. Hell, more spoken word. Throw a whole symphony in there. I would love to hear a 20 minute PJ song.

    So I would go for something like:

    "Single Album Theory"

    or

    "the Album we Never Dare to make".

    Or more simple like: "Forward".

    Well, looking at the artwork of the site; I see some sunlight/ sunbeams and X's - so I am not sure. Sunrays or X? Hopefully more inspiring that Tides though... Or is it Tighes? Tights?

    This could be it. The font on main page of "PEARL JAM" is the same font used in the background from the Ten albu with the guys having their hands up together. The " Welcome to the new pearljam.com" font letters are created using the letter X multiple times. Maybe I'm just reading to much into it. Is it monday yet?
