PJ to headline Lollapalooza Brazil in 2013?

So I read in the news last night that Pearl Jam would headline Lollapalooza Brazil next year. Any news about that? What do the Brazilian fans feel about it? I myself am not a big fan of festivals, wish the band could come just like the two times they played here - just them - performing a big and complete show in many towns as possible. Problem in festivals is that they can not play other places and end up doing one single concert.
