Any fans on here? Whats your views on their new album?

Have to day its a huge, huge, huge improvement on American Slang, which I found dull and over polished. This record tho will make them huge... cracking record and good to see them play to their strenths whilst also introducing new elements too.

Anyway let me know what you guys think of the album , or even the band in general
Behind her eyes there's curtains and they've been closed to hide the flames. Remains.
She knows their futures burning but she can smile just the same. Same.
And though her mood is fine today there's a fear they'll soon be parting ways.

Bought the album today on the strength of "45" - played it 3 times today, good solid unpretentious rock and roll
    Great stuff
I loved the sleevenote by Nick Hornby writing about how excited he was to hear good quality rock music again, with a swipe at meatwearing popstars!
