    It's more like proof that people are kind of suckers for scam artists. This guy isn't 'Charity'... he's a con man. Unless you really believe that every panhancler you see is making $60K a year.
    If you see the SAME guy on the SAME corner for a fucking YEAR... and his skin isn't tanned black from being in the SAME place... for a YEAR. He's probably not homeless.
    Hint: The shoes and socks are probably the best read on the person.
    Walk along East Hollywood Blvd., far from the Kodak Theater and you'll see the homeless. They look and small like thy live on the streets.
