    Probably Jack White just being a whiny ass bag. I've read interviews where he complains about negative response to his music and he took issue with fans pointing out the clipping on Icky Thump.

    If he was unhappy with a review, why post it on his on front page?
    Maybe he is trying to get his fans to rise against the reviewer?
    Still seems odd, but then again Jack White is an Odd Dude.

    The review seems to me to just be a critic's opinion about his record.

    If Jack White takes offense to it that's too bad. God forbid someone doesn't find it "amazing".

    No idea bout that, I think it's just a little hissy fit.
    I dunno how odd he actually is and how much of it is an act. Doesn't seem to be the most sincere person when it comes to his public persona.

    Same here, but seems like he has quite an ego.

    Agreed. Perhaps he's been reveled as a "genius" for so long that catching wind of a negative review really set things off and the blasphemy of a non-believer had to be exposed to all? :corn:

    I didn't mean that he literally put the review there. Obviously someone in his camp (either it was him or he had to approve it) made the decision to put that there, and then the webmaster did the actual posting.

    It's a negative review, posted as an advertising slogan for his album...that's the joke. That's it.
