Order FLAC or Burn-to-order CD's?

Sorry if this has been talked about, but should I order FLAC or burn-to-order cd's? I have no clue what a burn to order cd is, but is it the same as buying flac and buring it, or will it be like the 03' boots? Do we know for sure?

Anyway, with the CDs you will get the "standard" art (presumably a cardboard foldout like we're used to) with it.
So, really, the only difference will be if you want to make the art yourself or have someone else do it for you.
I'm lazy, so CDs for me.

I'm even considering keeping them sealed (I'm buying all 13) as collectibles and still buying the FLAC's as well, and making my own copies.

Yes. In actuality, FLAC quality is as good as a CD. Not the other way around.
