    My 1st thought was Neapolitan ice cream (do they still make that??), when someone scoops it real good across the top...always surprising, a pleasing juxtaposition of flavors, but then I thought, it needs texture...

    I do not know why I say this, but as a first response thing like as if you were a shrink doing that back and forth thing, I would have to say, "Root Beer float".
