FLAC Question?

If my music file that is suppose to be a FLAC file says it's a winamp file has the quality changed, and is it still a FLAC file? Also how can I test that it's lossless or FLAC?

    I am not sure bro but I think that just means that it will play in your WM player without having too convert them.

    I might be way off, I have been messing with flac files for about 2 weeks is all and its a learning process.
