Jackie the Forest and the Trees

Here she comes a running thru the forest and the trees
Chasing down a good time
Chasing down a dream.

I can see the smile on her face
As he turns to look back at me
Just for a second then it’s back to the race
chasing down the good times
chasing down a dream.

Bring me back an old boot
Bring me back a dream
And I’ll throw them back into the forest
I’ll throw them into the trees
And you can bring them back to me.

She always brings me something
She brings me back a dream
Something to hold on to
Something I can keep.

Jackie loves the good times
She loves the forest and the trees
And every day she tells me that she loves me
And she knows I love her too.

So bring me back an old boot
Bring me back a dream
Let’s share the good times in the forest and trees.

Jackie loves the good times
she loves the forest and the trees
Jackie knows I love her
she shares a dream with me.
