The Milwaukee Brewers are 25 games over .500.

And the Chicago Cubs are on their way to an EPIC COLLAPSE.

And once again I AM AN IDIOT for getting caught up in this shit.

And giving Tucker a $400-$500 million dollar contract?
The Cubs might want to reconsider that idea.

Because Tucker hasn't done a fucking thing in 2 months.

Had Tucker kept up the power numbers, and come up big in crucial situations, then Im guessing Ricketts would have no problem giving him the contract. But fact is, as least in my eyes, Tucker really isn't ALL THAT.

But then there is the PCA situation. He is going to get his HUGE CONTRACT down the road. Would Ricketts pay both Tucker and PCA?

If the Cubs have to choose between Tucker and PCA? Im guessing PCA is the guy you throw the money at. Right?

Might very well be my last game at Wrigley today and it was a great one. A much needed convincing win. Horton was excellent. An immaculate inning from Kittredge (who is a good pick up discounting his awful debut). Suzuki getting out of his slump?  2:21 and should’ve been faster if not for Palencia. The quickest game I’ve been to in forever. Was in sec 422 with shade and a nice breeze - I actually prefer the upper deck to most sections in the lower, especially for the price.

More on Horton - cruising and got the hook at 5.2 innings and 67 pitches (56 strikes).  Yes, he has had Tommy John surgery in 2021, but he’s only almost 24 and you can’t baby him forever. He can’t go 80 pitches?  At least it worked out.
