Nothing like jumping right out of the gate with the bats real quiet.  Some decent contact in the first inning....but nothing since.  Got some vintage Baez K, and a nice Hayward rollover to first.

just as bad to miss a pitch and give up the first base hit......then get yourself down 3-0 and let the guy smack a double.  Terrible positioning by Bryant.  Need to be 10 feet off the line there in a no doubles defense.  Plenty of opportunity in this game and couldn't come through.  I'm not optimistic for the rest of this game.
