It's like an amusement park down there now....a very expensive amusement park.  A lot of my Cubs fan friends are pretty pissed that they're being priced out.  All the luxury clubs and the sky high ticket prices are definitely pricing out the average fan....same thing happened to the Blackhawks.  But I guess that's the price of winning.  The only good thing about being a Sox fan right now is you can walk up to the stadium day of game and sit just about anywhere you want for cheap.

I didn’t see how we almost blew it by giving up 2 runs to make it 5-3 late in the game. Let me guess...Strop?

I'm always puzzled as to why everyone always automatically thinks Strop when something bad happens.  Dude's been our most solid reliever for the last 5 seasons. 2.68 ERA, 3:1 K/BB, 341 K in 296 innings.  Like every middle reliever, he's gonna have a bad outing here and there, but he's easily our best relief since we acquired him.

And we got him & Jake for Steve Clevenger and Scott Feldman.  We won that trade by light years.

^ I hear ya. I’ll admit that I’m quick to hate on Strop. I’ve just seen him give up the big hit or long ball at the worst time, one too many times. And maybe it’s his antics that won’t let me like him. Cocked hat, showboating, etc. I never liked that kind of thing.
