My wife is the hugger. She hugs her friends, my friends, your friends and more friends. I just sort of clam up. Even if a dear friend is moving away and saying goodbye or I'm reunited with a dear friend I haven't seen in ages, I'll just stand there. It's very awkward.

It might be a problem, but since I'm so very lovable in every other way, most people just accept it.

(remember that other thread when I said I gave thrilla a sweaty hug and then the thread got locked? though in my defense, it was like 90° with 90% humidity-I'm not normally really sweaty...except for now...since it's like 85° right now)

Well, if anyone wasn't sweating in Wrigleyville on Thursday and Friday, something would have to have been medically wrong with them.
