Do you have iTunes? The Kids Are Twenty (Disc 2 of the box set) is available there to rent or purchase.

It's really great. So much fun seeing high quality video of live performances from all different eras. Seeing footage of the guys when they backed Neil Young was especially cool.

I'm sorta with you. Unless you're a completist, I wouldn't expel too much effort or $ tracking it down.

For the crazy amounts of cash people are laying out for the box sets, you can purchase full HD versions of both docs on iTunes for $36 (17.99 each) or SD for $26 (12.99 each). Right there you have 90% of the enjoyment. Hell, Pearl Jam Twenty has been streaming on Netflix for the past couple months, too.

Just need some DVD burning software, no? Someone else would probably be better versed in the best options, but that should get you where you need to be. Another option is Apple TV. I have one and can watch or listen to anything in my iTunes on my home setup. Also, you could hook up your laptop to your TV. I have a Mac and just use a DVI-to-HDMI cable and audio cable. I'll mostly do that for webcasts and such.
