inoculate my spine with your darkness
yes your sunglasses
but first
please allow me and my friends the spiders to feast one last meal
this will be forever
as you plunge negative sunbeams into my lower veins

none to pleased
my friends and i
we are not laboratory specimens
nor on display
yet controlled by your hand
your dreamworld
your barbwire houses
and your metal trays mounted onto our feet

when leroy's legs don't crawl
when henry's webs don't
i will have nothing
for poetry through the ceiling. ISBN: 1 4241 8840 7

"Hear me, my chiefs!
I am tired; my heart is
sick and sad. From where
the sun stands I will fight
no more forever."
