Just went to ticketmaster to see if saturday gorge show is sold out and pulled a single ticket in Section B Row 7. Is this ticket as good as I think it is (7th row from stage)? Regardless, I bought the ticket and now I have my 10c tickets to get rid of. No tickets left now...hope everyone that needs some gets some.

That is pretty prime. Row 7 from the stage, center. Not too shaby.

to prevent scalper's from taking all of the best seats in the house when tickets go on sale right away, ticketmaster does what are known as ticket dumps.

this is where the save a reserved amount of tickets for popular shows (which are usually some of the best/nicest seats in the venue. Then they release those tickets sparadically and randomly around the upcoming weeks before show. This is why when a show is "sold out" they tell you to check back daily for open seats.

Right, but that is a fairly prime seat for TM isn't it? I guess there are singles in rows since 10C tickets come in pairs.
  • These seats are often the ones that Season Subsribers have - after a certain date, if the people with the option to buy choose not to, they are released to the general public. House of Blues holds back many seats in the 1st 20 rows for just this purpose.......
