question regarding the arrival of the ten club benefits

Hello everybody!
i've been a member since november 2011 and haven't received my copy of the deep magazine or the vinyl single. i only got the "i'm analog" shirt....
do you know if something went wrong with sending me the other things or do i just have to wait longer? i don't care if i have to wait i just want to ask if maybe there's a mistake with the stuff......thank you for answers!

    Can anyone tell me approximately how long it takes to receive membership pack in the UK? (Analog t-shirt etc)

    Don't mind the wait just like to know how long i should wait before figuring its lost in the post
