Been to 35 shows and never gotten Oceans. Had tickets to one show I missed and of course it was played there. So pretty safe to say we will NOT be hearing Oceans tonight.....my 36th show!
It took me 40 shows, but then the floodgates opened. I've heard it 4 times since.
I'm fortunate to have heard most of the white whales in this thread. The only PJ songs I haven't heard are hitchhiker, undone, otherside, brother, getaway, angel, just a girl, let me sleep, and ole.
But my #1 is Otherside.... it was on the setlist at Wrigley... damn storm!
Nice to get angel off the list. Really wish that they would have played undone instead of down at Fenway 1.
No Way has been mine for years, Thin Air, Tremor Christ and maybe Hard Sun. I really thought I'd get TC at Fenway. Also, never heard Bu$helaguer even though I was on the VFC tour...crazy.

I chased Footsteps for so long before finally getting it in St Louis two years ago. Can't say I really have a true white whale anymore. Closest to it is probably Oceans or Rats which I need to finish off Ten and Vs.
Fenway Night 2 gave me my white whale! Immortality. What a moment. Now I would love to hear driftin. Just a song I want to hear. My white whale has been slayed.

After hearing Cornell and the band play Stardog Champion at PJ20, a song I love but figured I would never hear played live, I feel like I'm not allowed to ever have a white whale song.

Really hoping for Red Mosquito or Oceans at Wrigley 1. Got lucky and heard whales at two of the last three shows I have been to - All Those Yesterdays and Breath. For Oceans, I suppose it would help if I went to a show closer to the actual thing.
It is amazing is that out of the 15 shows I have been to, they have played 145 different songs. Not news to anyone around here, but the band's variation from show to show is unreal, particularly considering that it isn't as though they play new albums front to back when they are touring to support them.
