Untitled?

PJ Stat Tracker lists they played this 41 times. I have two questions; is each version different and has the song preceded any other song than MFC and Unthought Known? This is by far my favorite song as I love the guitar and Eddie's effortless vocals but I just can't figure out which version is the best as there are so many different versions.

    it's pretty much the same every time.. only ed mucks around with the "10 minutes or so" line sometimes.

    mfc and unthought are the only 2 songs in a pj set that it has preceded as far as i know.

    ed played a solo version at adelaide 1 last yr from our request. it was a 3min version played on a 12 string rickenbacker and followed by last kiss.
    Yeh I've seen Pearl Jam, too. But I can't remember the dates.

    I thought there was a version where he talked about lighting a cigarette or a "smoke" that's the one I thought was completely different?

    it's one of my favourite tracks mate, but i don't think ive heard all 41 versions so you could be right.
    Yeh I've seen Pearl Jam, too. But I can't remember the dates.

    Yeah I love it. I also love the the Sleater Kinnney Modern Girl tag in Not for You. Something about Eddie's voice when he is improving is so surreal.

    Version from San Francisco 7/18/06 is my personal favorite. It's an extended version with an extra verse. So good.

    I think in 2000 or 03 it was a lot looser lyrically and would stray from the LO2L version quite a bit.

    Exactly. It gets me in the mood for MFC. Hearing MFC by itself is a crime.

    There are just a couple ver that are quite different for example (from memory the lyrics are somewhat "it's been 2 years, and it feels all like home, things can be the same wherever you go. I'll miss you when I'm gone, oh you can call me at home. O with you I can never feel alone" and: "C'mon and pack your things - we go alone. We can cross the bridges and make ourselves a new home. I'd called and leaved a MSG, you weren't home. Oh please answer, cause I don't want to go alone". Actually if anyone could tell me where these are from I'd appreciate it. I just remember the words cause they were my 2 fav versions. Also the one in syd 03 is a good one too about him saying that he will leave alone. Anyway they are all different yet similar. Such a simple yet pure song. Their greatest for me

    Can't get enough of Untitled. It is so beautiful and just has this amazing, calming feel to it. TB2K version is awesome, as is Berlin '09.
