Today I’ve been searching for a connection but my phones always off the hook. I keep my eyes to the ground while sailing my dreams on tomorrow. Here and there are the poems I wrote for you, always thought but never spoken. Locked away in my mind I hope they see the sunrise. Burn the scattered pages of my life that keep screaming out to you. I’ll sweep the pieces up in time as soon as I find myself. From outside within these walls the sunsets are always nice. If you’re looking for something beautiful then keep your eyes to the West. Because I’m lying here in the wastelands of the East and I just won’t make it their.
I am a nothing dreaming of something unknown.
