Frustration

My mood today
Not meaning to be contrary yet it sometimes happens
like a sponge too heavy
I feel with seriousness the lack of open channels for this water
I'm going to have to hold it again
full to bursting
just keep it inside living as a giant cup
or squeeze it out to let it dry
all because it can't really flow where it wants to go!!
