Its really all about tone isn't it?
Tone and doing it right?
preparation and approach
to slide to the destination with the right combination of gestures
instead of blasting clumsily into the door
it's what everyone wants
that magical combination, a series of scenes
line after line of the right words
the collection of sounds and sights and sighs that
all go in the inevitable direction of what is wanted
for everyone, perhaps it's a properly graded slope?
or some subtle agreement--
right turn here?
left angle there?
down the alley way?
up the big hill?
into that open field?
past that valley?
and avoid that crowded street?
yes, all steps to end up where we want to go
