First time 10C ticket question for MSG II

This is my first time using 10C tickets (been a member for years), I have tickets for MSG II and have a couple questions.

Between what hours can I get my tickets, My wife is working tomorrow and the earliest we can show up is somewhere between 6:30-7:30PM. They will be open right, and where at MSG do I go to get the tickets?

    Box office located on 7th and 32nd. I believe tickets can be picked up starting at 2:00 p.m.

    Yes, you can pick up your tickets any time between 2 PM and 30 minutes after PJ hits the stage from the Will Call window at the Garden box office
