Well now that LeBron has finally won we need a new whipping boy...I propose Derrick Rose. Evidence?
1. NCAA Title Game misses free throws
2. First time Obama goes to an NBA game - sucks
3. 1-14 against LeBron in the 4th Quarter
4. Tears ACL because he sucks

This game is fun when your guy isn't the one being picked on.

    I did two years ago...it sucks so bad. Can't play on the floor with my son for longer than 30 minutes.

    On a day when David Stern decided that the Thunder needed to win more and forced officials to give them fouls the Heat still won. Meanwhile Derrick Rose is recovering from an injury like a loser.

    I dont know about the no reason thing. I don't hate Lebron, but it's just really hard for me to like a guy who calls himself "The King" and has "Chosen 1" tattooed on his back.

    ACLs are brutal. Tore mine when I was 16...ended my dreams of going pro :lol:

    You did it 2 years ago and still bothers you huh? It has been 11-12 years since mine and it rarely bothers me....only thing that bothers me is when I am kneeling down.

    It is truly ridiculous how every damn minor misstep or failure to be superman in the crunch gets people fired up with the "(insert name) sucks" talk. Lebron most definitely does not suck...not by any stretch of the imagination of course. Rose, however, definitely does :D along with Karl Malone, John Stockton, Patrick Ewing....some of the worst EVER!!!

    That said I do not like Lebron (wouldn't say hate at all) and I do have reasons....there's needs be no other reason than the handling of the Miami selection...hell the TV show alone would've been enough to turn me against him without all the months of hype leading up to it. Don't blame him one bit for getting out of Cleveland but the whole thing really left a bad taste in my mouth.

    The guy is most definitely a beast and probably the best in the game....but, come on, all the talk of the "coronation of King James" and the historical significance of this is a bit absurd....he's won one title now. Great for him and the team but one title does not a career nor a legend make....not for him. But at least now there is a wee little bit of ammo to back up the folks who think and have thought from the start that he's the greatest to ever shit between a pair of sneakers.

    Oh, and Derrick Rose sucks
    All I have to do is revel in the everyday....then do it again tomorrow

    yeah with a 16 month old I am kneeling a lot so I think it's just more noticeable. I really do hope Rose returns to form, because he is pretty fun to watch. I do think Miami will take a few more not 6 or 7 but like 3 - seems like they really turned a corner from Game 4 of the Indiana series on. We'll see though basketball is a long season and they don't play a particularly finesse style of ball that is easy on the body.
