Asking for good thought..for hearing... again.

I always feel a little stupid doing this because it shows how really stupid I can be, but I could use some good thoughts for my hearing... again. I really did it big time this time. Last night I put on my Ramones "It's Alive" DVD and didn't realize that somehow the volume had gotten bumped to "10" and was muted and I un-muted it and got hit my a HUGE blast of sound. I already have hyperacusis and this obviously won't help plus my tinnitus is now like having screaming banshees on amphetamines in both ears. My Long Road is a steep hill once again.

Thanks for listing, friends.
