    Last night a man demanded his money back because we politely asked him to leave the lobby so we can clean it (since we close at 9pm) and he also started banging his fist on the counter and swearing to god that he would call the cops on us. so then i proceeded to slam my head into the iron grill repeatedly until i died (i wish). i hate customers. they're all evil.
