    That's more like, 2 balls, 1 strike.
And so you see, I have come to doubt
All that I once held as true
    I stand alone without beliefs
The only truth I know is you.

So, is that a dead ball? If I was the runner I'd be rounding third and on my way home

ball should be live...but it didn't travel far enough from the 1st baseman for the runner to advance

it was a bad throw...but if i'm coaching...i'd like to think i would see a ball coming at my junk before it made contact. dude does not move until after he gets plunked

Okay, I didn't think the second baseman was going for the ball originally. I don't know why :fp:

a few years back I was helping coach my son's little league team. I was down in a crouch as the catcher, ball hit the dirt and bounced up into my crotch. It hurt worse than when they had me help with my son's wrestling team by basically being the crash test dummy for the coach to demonstrate wrestling moves on.

I watched it 10 more times (and laughed each time) but yeah Will - it was the 1st baseman who went after it -as it was a couple steps from him
