When that one commercial was running when I was a kid (the one where the little boy was climbing a tree and then reaches for the power line) I asked my teacher about it in science class. "If a bird sits on a wire without getting electrocuted-since he is not touching anything else...could I hang from the wire without touching anything and not get electrocuted as well?"
My teacher replied, "You shouldn't be thinking about things like that" :nono:
So for years I kept wondering if I really could hang from the wire (with out my pants being on fire). The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.
