Apparently there's some musician dude called Skrillex who as a musician girlfriend named Ellie Goulding whose favorite male vocalist is Eddie Vedder.

Also, apparently I am the queen of wasting time on the internet.

I am creeped out by bands that tour with hired musicians.

If you are in a band, and play an instrument, you should tour with your band and play, not have someone play your music for you.

    What's up with that?

So Trent Reznor should drum, play bass, sing, play guitar, play keyboard, and run loops?

no, not him, I know he writes and plays all his music for studio and takes people along on tour.

I'm talking about the band I saw this weekend, Prong. They have guys listed as Drummer and Bassist for the band in general. When I saw them, I thought something was 'off'. They didn't sound bad...just 'something' wasn't there.
So I looked them up on the net...the bassist that played over the weekend is a borrowed bassist who is Madonna and Adam Lambert's guitarist....and I'm pretty sure he was wearing a wig.

    hiring musicians

    or

hired musicians wearing wigs so they can 'fit in' with the band that hired them?
