Log in at forum from other pc

i have this issue..i log ok,with Chrome-Firefox -IE from my home pc,,a laptop etc..
no problem..
when i try to log in from any other place,internet cafe,other pc at a friend house etc,,i can see only my acount
and the chat..
but when i clik the forum is like im log out,,
only can read,..i log out,log in,,same..
anyone has this issue?

    I have noticed with the new site I can only be logged in on one computer at a time. Maybe this has something to do with it.

    i log in and post at home and at work. I have no problems.

    I don't even have the logout-login problem that most people are complaining about so that might have something to do with it.. :?:
