I'm really hoping July 5th is a cool poster.0

I wouldn't necessarily hang this on the wall in my house....but I do like that it's more like a gig poster you would have seen stapled to electrical poles or taped to store windows back in the day....

Epic Band
Epically terrible posters.
Just awful.Seen PJ 21 times live from 1994-20190 -
I think they did a good job with the first two posters.
I absolutely love Jeff Soto's work and that second one is absolutely unique!7/15/2011 - Benoroya Hall - (Eddie Vedder Solo) - Seattle, WA

Umm...I disagree. With the terrible poster comment, that is.
I think people have forgot what a poster is supposed to be. Especially a date specific poster.
With a band like PJ and and opening band like X, this is actually a fitting gig poster. The prettiest? No. But awful? There should be a forum for fans to create their own posters for these shows. I'd like to see how they measure up.0 -
Bit of a random question......
I'm off to the Amsterdam shows next week and will more than likely be buying posters, just wondering if anyone knows what the deal is with carrying a poster tube in your hand luggage on a plane? I'm not checking any luggage in, so I need to be able to get it in my hand luggage some how.....Any advice?0 -

I'm just a bit concerned about the size. To be fair I could cut the tube down before I go, they're usually way too long - knowing my luck the Amsterdam prints will be some random monster sized ones though!0 -

It looks like the venues are selling tubes, so you can purchase one there and avoid carrying it to Amsterdam.
As long as you just have a carry on, you usually can have a personal item (poster tube). I did coming back from PJ20. For the most part, I fly Delta.0 -

I love Manchester Night 1 print by Jeff & Tara. Night 2 on the other hand, I don't have a feeling for it. Maybe cause I don't care about the Queen of England or just there is too much things happening in that image.0 -
I'm not really a fan of either poster so far.___________________________________________

I'm flying with a budget airline (it's only an hour long flight for me
) they seem pretty strict on hand luggage - one piece per person. For any Europeans, it's Easyjet I'm flying with, anyone had any experiences with them?
I just got back from the Manchester show last night, and the poster tube is huge, wide and long
, I've got some thinner ones so I think I'll have to cut one of those a bit shorter and have it sticking out the top of my backpack. 0 -
