anyone have idea if the Large size of these one, can be used like a Medium Men´s size?..

    I highly doubt it, but you never know.

    Did you email 10C? If not, ask them to give you the exact measurements of the shirt. I did this the other day for the "army" shirt and it took a few days for them to get back to me, but they eventually did.
