Haven't gotten an e-mail for ticket drawing

My membership is current. Do I need to e-mail them about it? Anyone else still waiting?

    I haven't gotten one either so assumed it got spammed by my work account so went in and changed my email addrerss but it says you have to activate it with a code they will send and I haven't gotten the code. I can't even get on the site to the "contact" or "help" section. I have sent 2 emails with no response. I will NOT be happy if I miss the lottery because their new website sucks!

    I would call 10c if you still don't have the email since you only have until 10am PST tomorrow to enter.

    You know, that's a good point. I'm not sure they are. I thought they were supposed to be, that's how the Europe lottery worked anyway. However, it does say this on the News page:

    5. Do not share this link. Ten Club will be checking all submissions against an eligible member list. Those not eligible will be automatically eliminated during the June 14th drawing.

    Which sounds to me like they are not?

    I can't even get to the FAQ's because I have to activate my membership. It is redic! I have resubmitted the request probably 30 times over the last 24 hrs and not a thing. I can't even get to a place where you can find a phone number. No idea how I am able to post here but every other link I click on takes me to the activate your email page. So frustrating!

    I compared my email with a friends email and although there are different links for GA and for the Reserve seating, the links matched between both emails. I don't see any "code" aspect to them either, nor do I recall having any sort of code input, etc. when I entered my info in PayPal.

    I also have a friend that's an active 10c member and still hasn't received his email, but given the links are the same I'm not sure I see the harm in an active 10C member using a link that was sent to someone else. Anyone know differently???

    When we got the emails for the Canadian tour last year the links were member-specific but that doesn't seem to be the case here.
