Problem with subscription and missing renewal

I renewed on 26.April.2012, I see the charge for the digital membership on my Visa card statement, but the payment history for my subscription does not show it. It shows a payment from today 12.June.2012 (it's said that since the new site came online a few days ago) and it shows my next payment is on 19.June.2012. What happened to my renewal from April? I have been a loyal member since 1996 and I don't want to lose out.

    mail 10c..alot have issues..there is beta mode right now..so tell them whats the problem,for sort it out..
