so i place an order last Thursday when the site went up. my order status had been blank like most people, but for the past few days my order was listed and had said pending. i also recieved an e-mail from 10c saying my order was received. i didn't get any confirmation from Kufala about the bootleg that was part of my order and i e-mailed the 10c today about how long the process might take knowing that it might take longer with the new website and haven't heard from them yet. now in my order history it says that my order was "released" what does this mean? do i have to place a new order?
it's a fragile thing, this life we lead.

    I am having the same problem. I bought a boot and the status for a few days was "Pending", now it says "Released" and have not received a followup e-mail with a link to download, nor has a link been provided in the order on the site.
