Apology for my gender

I may sound like a bitch writing this post, but I need to say it. I can't stand girls who spend almost the whole show screaming "I LOVE YOU, EDDIE!!" It's not just during breaks, it's during songs, it's during solos when Ed leaves the stage so Mike has his moment, it's ALL THE TIME. I had 2 experiences I remember most this past tour of girls just screaming their heads off right behind me and into my ear. I heard several people tell them to shut up and instead, they just kept at it.

So I'm sorry if you ever stuck near a female like this, just want you to all know, not all of us are like that nor do we all lust for Ed. I'm a Jeff girl...I scream his name instead. Joking! Really, though...I love Jeff.

Just felt like I didn't fit in without bitching about something...thanks.

    i feel you ive never been to a show but i went to the movies and there were these girls that kept laughing about every single thing, realy loudly too

    I screamed stuff like, "Hi Eddie" most of the night even though I knew he couldn't hear me. I was in a really good mood that night I guess :D I showed everyone else love too (except Boom - forgot about him), but mostly Ed. I'm a guy too ;)

    I definately agree with you. There is somewhat at the Gorge I who keeps screaming lalalalalalala! All the time. It drives me nuts. I wish we could edit it out. Yuck!

    I've always wondered, what if you were annoying at concerts and no one ever told you?

    I sing along at the top of my lungs, and scream, and I know it sounds terrible, but I can't hear it, so I assume no one else can. I say that because in GR when Satan's Bed was played I swear I was the first person to jump around and cheer, and you can't hear me on the boot. :)

    Ahhhh....probably because I agree with it. And I, too, am a girl....or at least that's what I've been told. I also think that most girls know that they're being annoying; they're just so caught up in their PJ euphoria that they're oblivious. Annoying and oblivious.

    lol...yeah i probably annoy people at times too. still, i think it's funny, because my co workers and i (work for concert productions) have worked a lot of those pop groups and those recent "punk" wannabe bands like fallout boy where girls are just screaming at the top of their lungs the whole show. some the guys i work with joke with me that pearl jam has a little of that cause of ed. i laughed, but then i got the shivers. hmmm...

    But really, I hate that screaming crap, too. I'm there to HEAR the music, not listen to some teenager getting her first glob of gooey in her panties.

    Well since your a Jeff girl than I'm sure you didn't mind me yelling his name at all the SF shows. It was mostly things like "thank you Jeff" for various things that happened during the tour....
    ***** BUT there was a girl next to my friend, about 3 people down from me at SF 1 who kept up her little mantra that went as follows for the entire night:

    "i love you Eddie! EDDIE, EDDIE!! OH MY GOD, OH MY GOD, HE IS SOOOOOOOOO CLOSE TO ME. LOOK AT HIM. HE LOOKS SO FUCKING HOT. EDDIE. EDDIE EDDIE!!! I LOVE YOU EDDIE!!"

    Can i please add that she was FAR from being a teenager, so lets dismiss that theory.

    So we heard THAT for the whole ENTIRE night. I'm not going to lie, i wanted to die, but mostly because she was so close to me i was afraid Eddie would think it was me saying that!!!


    Guys complain about everything all the damn time, don't worry if you have beef about something and your a girl. of course everyone will think your a bitch since were not allowed to complain, but fuck them!

    I agree, though I'm a Stone and Ed girl. And I don't scream unless I'm singing along!

    totally agreed!

    I do love Ed :), but screaming it to someone's face has never worked...
    I'm very VERY tempted to slap the banshies that do that.... you know hysterical people have to be brought to there sense don't they? :D
