I dig the Abbaye, haven't been there in a while.

No happy hour for me today, unfortunately, but I am sure there will be plenty over the next week with beer week going on.

i do happy hour every friday.

I either meet my one friend at a bar between both of our jobs that is cigar friendly we have a cigar and some drinks

    or

I go to the sports bar by my house and meet my roomate and some bar regulars for drinks

I prefer doing happy hour more than staying out late at night. I get my drinking done early 8-)

for some reason, I cannot imagine 81 playing tennis...wait, if I picture John Mcenroe with 81's face then ok.

When I moved here to the South that was the biggest withdrawal ... 2 for 1 :(

Just don't do it here... it's debatable whether you can have two drinks
in front of you at the same time on the bar ...
"but I'm a two fisted drinker" pleading doesn't work either ;)

Makes it hard to have a Bloody and a side car too.

Friday is Fun night though ...

    Toasts y'all! :D

After spending most of my life in the South, that is one thing I love about WI. Double fisting any time of the day is acceptable.

I don't like the term 'double fisting'...it's just all kinds of wrong.

I had a happy hour lunch today. Met a buddy around 1 and drank about 6 beers until about 330. A little hung over now though.

??? Really???? I usually give 1$ for a beer and 2$ for a mixed drink. Depending on how the service and pours are

yeah...I tipped and was told, "don't tip every drink, you're supposed to make them work for it" and it's a "buy 2, buy me back". Doesn't have to be happy hour either...but then again, we know just about everybody in the place.
