    Happy birthday to one of the most unique guitarists I've ever seen.

    He also seems like a good guy. When I caught Audioslave in '05 I managed to get to the front of the crowd, right in front of Tom. He noticed me watching his fret hand on one of their newer songs, looked me right in the eyes then held out the guitar directly in front of me and exaggerated the fingerings for the rest of the song. It was a cool moment, and one I'll never forget.

    So again, happy birthday to Tom Morello!

    Tom's been doing a lot of gigs with Tim McIlrath of Rise Against, who my hubby grew up with...haven't yet had the chance to meet Tom, but I would so love to. Although I have a feeling I'd feel so stupid, that man is incredibly intelligent! HBD Tom!
