    I loooooove pickles! Cauliflower, gherkins (dill, sweet and sour, with garlic or mustard seeds ...), beet root, carrots, baby corn, peppers, onions - no matter what! Today, I got myself some pickled veggies in aspic that are so thinly sliced that you can use them like anything else you put on your sandwich. Yummo!
