Is this KEXP FM a good radio station?

My friends band is apparently getting some airplay on it.. as well as BBC1 in UK and JJJ in Australia... and they have been on Spanish TV...

Just trying to gauge their notoriety, I don't think they're getting that big, but international airlplay has to be a plus...

    Heard this the other day on JJJ I actually didn't mind it pretty cool stuff :)

    Yeah they go alright... Catefrances saw them I think... they just supported the Kaiser Chiefs...

    I bought his album yesterday, in rotation in the car... Its actually not bad... A few songs that didn't click for me, but the majority are catchy little numbers...
