Is everyone digging MMJ or what? I'm personally a huge fan and can't wait to see them, almost as much as PJ. I wish they had a longer set.

I really enjoyed them at the Hartford show. First time actually hearing them and now looking forward to seeing how they come out at both Boston shows.

  • MMJ rocked both nights. They played Mahgeeta on Friday and Steam Engine was amazing in Hartford.

I hope they break out some more songs, but I am happy with what they have played so far.

At Dawn, The Way that he sings, Anytime, Lay Low, Gideon, Off the Record, What a Wonderful Man, and Don Dante were all played over the weekend.

I am hoping they break out "I will sing you songs" or "the bear."

I discovered MMJ with "It still moves" and saw them two years ago in Hartford, small venue with about 200 hundred people tops. They blew me away. Since then I'm ahuge fan, and love Z.

The first night they were incredible. What a way to start a show !!! I think they set a perfect mood before PJ. At least 20 times a better mood and set than Sparta in 03, which really put me to sleep. MMJ rocked and jam as good as anybody out there. They seems psyched to be opening for PJ, and it shows.

The sad part is that nobody is there. Both in Albany and Hartford I find myself one of the few loving this band and there early for the set. It gets better as people straddle in and realize what is hapenning. Both nights, towards the end, there is more people and the band gets good cheer. Can't belive people are missing out on this really, really good band. "Anytime" has been the highlight so far.

I can't wait to catch them by themselves soon somewhere close.

Do not miss out on MMJ !!!!!

    Insanely good indeed.
  • I've seen them twice as their own Headliner and they are a GREAT LIVE BAND!!!

They are my favorite lesser known band...sadly I missed them at Hartford, but no way I will miss them in Boston.
    This one goes to 11...

my morning jacket has been an obsession of mine for a while. sadly, due to traffic and the insanely long walk to the venue from the lot, my girlfriend and i missed them in hartford.

i really really really wanted to hear steam engine live. pj was great, but that put a huge damper on my night

Don Dante!!! Wow :D If I'd get to hear One Big Holiday live, it'd be... well, it'd be pretty fucking awesome.

Have they played Honest Man yet? I would love to hear that song live. Are they mixing up the set lists show to show? I am planning on seeing them both nights at Camden.
If there were no Angels would there be no sin?
